Liaison Group: Long Stay Charges/Repayment Scheme
The long stay charges/repayment scheme liaison group meets on a regular basis to monitor the progress of repayments made under the health repayment scheme and to address any issues arising from the appeals process established under the scheme. The main function of the group is to ensure that the repayment/appeals process is completed in an efficient and equitable manner. The group also monitors the implementation of the charges for publicly funded long term care.
