Liaison Group: Litigation
The Long Stay Legal Liaison Working Group meets on a regular basis to facilitate the flow of information and to clarify the information requirements between the Department, HSE and Chief State Solicitors Office with respect to long stay litigation. The main function is to ensure that the litigation process is managed in an efficient and timely manner.
