Tánaiste publishes advice on risk equalisation

The Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children, Ms Mary Harney TD, has today (Tuesday) published the advice of her actuarial advisers and her Department on the issue of commencing risk equalisation transfers at this time.
The documents are published having regard to the provisions of the FOI Acts. Some material has been excluded on the basis that it is considered commercially sensitive and material has also been excluded that relates to current court proceedings.
