National Therapy Research Strategy 2008-2013
The first national therapy research strategy “Therapy Research – Delivering Best Health: A Research Strategy for the Therapy Professions in Ireland 2008 - 2013” was launched by Ms Mary Harney T.D., Minister for Health and Children, on Thursday 20th November 2008.
The aim of this strategy is to develop excellent research capacity and resources in the therapy professions to undertake high quality research. The strategy will ensure good governance in the area of therapy research, ensure a clear direction for research activities, support and build on an evidenced based culture and ensure the effective dissemination of research findings.
