Access to Information on the Environment (AIE) Regulations 2007 (SI 133/2007)
These regulations give legal rights to those seeking access to information on the environment from public authorities. To make such a request to the Department of Health and Children, you are required to:
- State that the application is being made under the AIE Regulations,
- Submit the application in writing or electronic form to the Freedom of Information Unit, 2nd Floor, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 foi@health.gov.ie
- Provide your contact details,
- State, in terms that are as specific as possible, the environmental information required, and specify the form and manner of access desired.
